No, tipping is not required. The price you pay covers all expenses. In the UK, tipping is optional. However, for airport journeys in a booked minicab, if the driver assists with your luggage, you may consider tipping two or three pounds if you wish. It's entirely at your discretion, and your comfort is our priority.

We offer 1 hour of free waiting time from your given pick-up or flight arrival time. However, we do recommend scheduling your airport taxi pick-up 45 minutes after your flight's scheduled arrival time. Here's why 45 minutes:
  • Booking your pick-up 45 minutes after your scheduled landing time gives you enough time to disembark, collect your luggage and clear customs.
  • In case of further delays, please do not worry, as we apply your 1 hour free waiting period from your chosen pick-up time. This minimises the chance of incurring extra waiting charge, as the 1 hour free waiting time will typically cover any further delays that may occur.
Rest assured, we monitor your flight closely. Whether your flight lands early or is delayed, we will still calculate the 45-minute gap from the actual landing time. This ensures a smooth experience and allows ample time for disembarkation and customs. In the case, where you are ready to be picked up prior to your given 45 minutes, simply contact your driver directly. The driver will be happy to meet you at the designated pickup point, stated on your booking confirmation, as soon as possible.

The recommended time to book your taxi is 45 minutes after your flight lands. You enjoy a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes for standard pickups and 60 minutes for airport pickups, unless specified otherwise. It's important to note that this waiting time starts from the scheduled time of your booking, even if your driver arrives early. For airport pickups, the waiting time begins from your flight's landing time. We value your time and aim to make your experience as convenient as possible.

For each additional pickup, there is a five-minute waiting time allowed per stop. It's important to note that exceeding this time may result in additional charges at the driver's discretion. If you anticipate needing more waiting time, it's recommended to discuss and agree upon this with the transport company before the booking to ensure clarity and avoid any surprises.
