Where to start? The very first time I was picked up by Mehul and all boxes were ticked re expectations/requirements Punctual (arrived 5 mins early) Polite (addressed me as Mr McMullan) Presentation (wore a suit and a smile) Vehicle was spotlessly clean (as if it'd just been valeted but without the overpowering scent of 'air freshener') Helped me with my luggage AND put it in the car for me too. We had a pleasant conversation during the journey (there was no complaining as you can get from some people with their captive audience) All round absolutely outstanding! I wouldn't say I'm a regular user of cabs but I know to whom my business will be going next time. Mr M

I travel monthly with work and had a poor experience with the previous taxi company I used. So, I decided to try Sky Cars as the reviews looked great, and I wasn't disappointed. Abdul, my driver, arrived on time, he was smartly dressed and his car immaculate. He dropped me off right outside arrivals, saving me the 10 min walk from the short stay car park. On return, he was there as soon as I came back through arrivals and carried my luggage back to the car for me. Abdul was polite and professional, a real credit to your company. Moving forward, I will definitely be using Sky Cars for all my business travel.

We used Sky Cars for a return trip to/from Birmingham airport, five days apart. Raza, our driver, arrived a little prior to the time booked on the outward trip, which was ideal. The drive was good and he is a very polite and helpful gentleman who loaded the cases into the car for us. He was dressed very smartly; a great first impression. The return trip had a hurdle, in that our flight was cancelled and rebooked with another airline at a later time. I simply texted Raza and he adjusted his arrival time at the airport. He arrived in plenty of time, kept in communication with us as to where to locate him in the car park and even came into the airport in the pouring rain to help us with our suitcase, holding an umbrella over us to the car. Another good drive home. A great experience. Would use Sky Cars again.

The service I received from Sky Cars Leicester was excellent . It was a return journey to and from Stanstead and Abdul was the driver on both occasions. The communication was very good with booking it via the office and also with Abdul . He was a punctual, calm, exemplary driver and was friendly and helpful in his manner. The car was immaculate and very comfortable. The meet and greet worked very well with timely and helpful communication between us . I had used Sky Cars in Sept 2024 when I impressed by the high level of service offered by Abdul and Sky Cars Leicester. This time the standard of service was equally as good.

This was the first time using Sky Cars Leicester, after previously having a bad experience with another company. My driver Abdul was fantastic. He arrived on time, his car was immaculate and he was very smartly dressed. He dropped me off right outside departures, saving me the 5 minute walk. He was also there to collect me on my return. I didn’t have to wait around as he was there as soon as I came through arrivals. He carried my suitcase and laptop bag to the car. I have been so impressed with the service and would highly recommend them. I travel monthly for work and I know that they will now be the company of my choice every time! Easy to book on line, fee was as expected for a trip to East Midlands airport with all add ins such as drop off fee included. Details of driver and his car sent via email and text which was really useful as it was chaos when we arrived at the drop off point at 1am along with 3 other flights. Driver in contact as soon as we landed and arrived just after we cleared security etc. would use again.

We booked a return trip to Birmingham Airport for 4 adults and 2 children with 'meet and greet' on return and storage of 2 child car seats during our holiday. Our driver Asif arrived exactly on time, was courteous and polite and was also a careful, considerate driver which was important for us travelling with 2 infants. On the return journey Asif was there at the airport to meet us (as per meet and greet arrangements). Amazing service, the service they provide is high class and the cost of the service is very resonable. On departure they arrived early to ensure on time arrival for check in and on arrival back to the UK they communicated the type of the car and exactly when they would arrive at the airport for collection.
